• Business and Transaction Data: Any billing records, invoices, item catalogs, purchase logs, and customer ledger balances created within the application are saved to cloud-based secure storage (Firebase Firestore) to synchronize across your devices.
• Device Contacts: With your explicit permission, the app accesses your device's contact list so you can quickly add existing contacts as customers in your invoicing system. This data is processed locally on your device and only stored in your private database database to associate with invoices you create.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various business purposes, including:

• To secure, manage, and verify your shop owner account.
• To generate, format, and manage invoices and thermal receipts for your customers.
• To provide and maintain the Soll Kanakku services, including real-time sync and support ticketing.
• To notify you about changes to our service or subscription plans.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data processed by Soll Kanakku is transmitted securely using Industry-Standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Your business records are stored on Google Firebase Cloud databases which comply with rigorous security standard certifications. We take all reasonable measures to protect your sensitive financial and personal data from unauthorized access or alteration.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared only with our infrastructure subprocessors (specifically Google Firebase Cloud Services) to host the databases and cloud functions necessary to operate the application.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, edit, or request the deletion of your account and related business data at any time. You can contact us or submit a request directly through the customer support ticket system built into the app, and we will purge your data from our active databases upon verification.
